A Little Piece of Hope
A Little Piece of Hope, located in the Isle of Man, is a charitable foundation dedicated to helping Bereaved families and Sick children age 21 or under: with hospital travel, funerals and headstones and mental health and equipment needed.
We’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to help those who need it most. With an array of fundraising events and volunteer projects, we welcome you to join our endeavours' aimed at making the Isle of Man a better place for sick children and Bereaved families. Family Library
The Family Library is a long established service that reaches all ages and every corner of the Island - very much part of the social glue that holds our community together.
At the headquarters on Westmoreland Road young readers can borrow from large collections of books, CDs and DVDS as well as taking part in wide-ranging activities and events that encourage expression and imagination that nurture an inquiring mind. We focus on learning by stealth and ensure that young people learn a little bit about life skills or discover hidden talents through a process of fun and creativity.
The library is one of the important bridges for young people, between school and home, where they can find out who they are and discover confidence, independence and understanding.

Housing Matters Isle of Man
Housing matters is an Isle of Man registered charity providing advice, guidance and support to local families and individuals in housing crisis. Our vision is that everyone has an opportunity to access housing appropriate to their needs. Our aim is to promote and support the provision of suitable accommodation through liaison with private landlords and to assist with applications for social housing.

Northern Support Group
We are a peer support group that meets weekly for individuals and their family members with mental health issues. You are welcome to speak at the meeting or just enjoy a hot drink around others who understand. We are non-judgemental and understanding. As well, confidentiality is important to us as a group. We will also do our best to signpost you to other services if you need it and offer our support.

British Red Cross
We are a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. Find out more about how we help.

Hospice - Isle of Man
Our Hospice team continue to support people to live well, their way to the end of their life. Whether a healthcare professional or working behind the scenes, our hardworking, dedicated staff all help us to deliver our vital service.
Both challenging and rewarding, working at our Hospice provides you with the opportunity to influence palliative and end of life care as we continually invest to improve the physical environment for patients and those who matter to them. Forget Me Not
Our charity funds the provision of the Admiral Nurse service, supported by Dementia UK and hosted by Hospice Isle of Man.

Sight Matters
Sight Matters looks after the interests of more than 500 people with serious sight loss on the Isle of Man.
A small, friendly team of staff, along with more than 200 volunteers, provide a comprehensive range of services and support.
From our purpose-built headquarters - Corrin Court, Heywood Avenue, Onchan - Sight Matters offers a wide range of services, including: a talking book library, a recording studio producing a weekly audio news service, computer training, specialist equipment room and resource centre and weekly social groups.
We also provide home and hospital visits and additional social events off premises throughout the year. Apart from a subsidised charge for lunches, services are all provided free.
While working closely with all organisations within the Isle of Man sight impairment service, Sight Matters is financially independent, relying upon fundraising, donations, contracts and legacies for its services.

Alzheimer's Society IOM
Alzheimer's Society (Isle of Man) is a charity that champions the rights of everyone with dementia and those who care for them.Their vision is of a radically improved world for people with dementia.

Junior Achievement
For more than 40 years, Junior Achievement has been providing financial literacy, employability and entrepreneurship education to students in the Isle of Man. We work in every primary and secondary school, reaching an average of 5,000 students each year.

Isle Stand up to Suicide
LET US HELP YOU
Isle Stand Up To Suicide provides over the phone support and information to individuals in a suicidal crisis.
This new Manx helpline is staffed by trained volunteers who are available to listen at times of suicidal crisis and signpost you towards help and possible counselling.

Breast Cancer Now
Right now, breast cancer is at a tipping point. More women are surviving. But more are being diagnosed than ever before. One in eight women in the UK will face breast cancer in their lifetime. And every 45 minutes, another woman dies from the disease.
We’re going to change that.
Breast Cancer Now believes that if we all act now by 2050 everyone diagnosed with breast cancer will live and live well. We are passionate about the work that Breast Cancer Now carries out to find ways to prevent breast cancer, to improve early detection, to develop better treatments and to learn more about secondary breast cancer.

Bowel Cancer Isle of Man
Bowel Cancer Isle of Man aims to raise awareness for bowel cancer, its symptoms and risks, and provide local support to those affected.

Autism in Mann
Autism in Mann was established in 1991 by two parents with families affected by autism, who wanted to reach out and help other affected people, parents and carers. The charity has been involved in the local community ever since.

Isle Listen
Supporting the Island’s mental health
Through early intervention and prevention, we support children and young people up to the age of 25 via our educational programme in schools and one-to-one therapeutic support. We also provide a suite of wellbeing solutions to businesses and community groups to support a variety of issues including mental health training, an employee counselling service and workplace wellbeing audits.

About Us
Recently established London based service Addiction Advocates is a referral service designed to help those suffering from drug and alcohol addictions as well as mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
Our admissions team help individuals received the best quality treatment that suits their needs by working closely with a number of CQC registered rehabilitation clinics located throughout the United Kingdom.

Victim Support IOM
Victim Support Isle of Man is an independent charity which helps people affected by crime. We offer a free and confidential service, whether or not a crime has been reported and regardless of how long ago the event took place.

Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man
Cruse Bereavement Support exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people, and to enable anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss.

Crossroads
Crossroads is a Manx registered charity that has been providing respite to local carers for more than 30 years. Our services help all carers regardless of age or individual care needs.

Manx Advocacy Project
Manx Advocacy Project (registered charity 1197) provides (non legal) advocates to support people who are living with a mental health disorder. We hope to empower people to get the care and support they need from services.
